港股开盘 | 三大指数低开，稳定币概念股拉升，连连数字涨10.7%
周四（6月19日），三大指数低开，香港恒生指数下跌90.67点，跌幅0.38%，报23620.02点；恒生科技指数下跌27.34点，跌幅0.52%，报5187.07点；国企指数下跌34.95点，跌幅0.41%，报8559.24点。
稳定币概念股拉升，连连数字涨10.7%，移卡涨超9%，众安在线、联易融科技涨近8%，中国光大控股涨近6%。
消息面上，稳定币概念股Circle隔夜大涨近34%，创IPO以来最大单日涨幅，股价逼近200美元，再创新高。美国参议院于当地时间周二以68票赞成、30票反对的结果通过了稳定币法案，为与美元挂钩的加密货币制定了监管规则，该法案将提交众议院审议。
此前，香港立法会5月21日通过《稳定币条例草案》，5月30日《稳定币条例》正式成为法例，并将于8月1日开始实施。值得一提的是，6月18日，中国人民银行行长潘功胜在2025陆家嘴论坛上，也首次提及稳定币。
中信证券指出，随着全球范围内各地监管政策的落地，行业有望实现合规发展。展望未来，应用层有望在广度和深度上不断延伸，为稳定币需求提供支撑。建议关注：明确提出申请，获批确定性高的稳定币发行商。长期看应用场景决定未来空间，聚焦可能构成发行及应用生态闭环的相关标的及产业参与方。开源证券认为，巨头陆续入局，稳定币发展前景可期，持续看好稳定币市场投资机会。
