本周五（3月28日）港股盘初， 蔚来-SW 跌幅一度扩大至超8%，近8个交易日7天录得下跌，累计跌幅接近30%，截至发稿报29.99港元：
公司昨日宣布，通过“闪电”配售方式成功募集约40.3亿港元资金，交易以每股29.46港元的价格完成，所得款项净额用于研发智能电动汽车技术及新产品、进一步强化其资产负债表以及一般企业用途。
公司美股夜盘同样跌超2%，截至发稿报3.89美元。
