Bank of Chongqing (01963) Announces February 2026 Share Capital Changes and Convertible Bond Update

Bank of Chongqing Co., Ltd. (01963) disclosed its monthly return on equity securities for February 2026. Total authorized share capital remained at RMB 3.47 billion, with 1.58 billion H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and 1.90 billion A shares authorized but not listed in Hong Kong.

During February, 945 A shares were issued, bringing the total A share count from 1.90 billion to 1.90 billion. Meanwhile, the issuance of H shares remained unchanged at 1.58 billion. Bank of Chongqing confirmed that its public float for H shares met the relevant requirement of 5% of the corresponding share class.

Regarding convertibles, the outstanding A Share Convertible Bonds decreased slightly from RMB 13.00 billion to RMB 13.00 billion after a partial conversion of RMB 9,000 to 945 A shares. The current conversion price stands at RMB 9.50 per A share, and the conversion period extends until 22 March 2028. The bank also confirmed compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements when issuing or converting the relevant securities.
