12月18日，中金公司港股今日复牌高开超7%，A股涨停，公司换股吸收合并东兴证券、信达证券预案公布。
消息面上，12月17日晚，中金公司吸收合并东兴证券、信达证券，迎来重要进展。根据方案，中金公司A股股票换股价格为36.91元/股，东兴证券、信达证券与中金公司A股的换股比例分别为1:0.4373与1:0.5188。本次交易后，中金公司将实现跨越式发展，预计总资产规模超万亿元，营业收入跻身行业前列。
东吴证券认为，行业内的资源整合或将成为券商快速提升规模与综合实力的又一重要方式，大型券商通过并购进一步补齐短板，巩固优势，中小券商通过外延并购有望弯道超车，快速做大，实现规模效应和业务互补。
