中国中冶(01618)于2026年5月27日公告，为执行股份购回计划，公司再次于香港联合交易所及上海证券交易所分别回购了H股及A股。
本次回购涉及H股2,822,000股，占当日该类别已发行股数的约0.09829%。回购价格每股在港币1.50至1.53元之间，合计动用约425.44万港元。另于同日，公司在上海证券交易所回购A股7,157,400股，约占A股已发行股本的0.04009%，回购价格每股在人民币2.80元至2.83元，总金额约2,011.47万元人民币。由于上述股份尚待注销，因此公司本次回购后已发行股本暂未发生变化，H股与A股分别维持在2,871,000,000股和17,852,619,170股，均无库藏股结余。
公告显示，此次回购基于公司于2026年1月16日通过的购回授权，该授权允许回购H股股份总数为287,100,000股。截至本次回购，已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所回购H股32,000,000股，占前述授权通过当日公司H股已发行股本约1.11459%。公司同时指出，本次购回符合香港联合交易所有限公司的上市规则及相关法律法规，并由联席公司秘书常琦签署。
