Leading private equity firms, including Blackstone Group LP, EQT Corp, and CVC, have submitted offers to acquire Volkswagen's Everllence division, according to a report by the Financial Times on Wednesday citing informed sources. The Everllence unit, which manufactures marine engines and heat pumps, is estimated by potential buyers to be worth between 5 billion and 6 billion euros ($5.92 billion to $7.1 billion).
