F&G Annuities & Life Inc. (FG) saw its stock price soar 5.13% in pre-market trading on Thursday, following a series of positive developments for the company. The company reported impressive Q2 2025 results, with adjusted earnings per share of $0.77, surpassing analyst expectations of $0.62. Revenue (GAAP) increased by 16.4% year-over-year to $1.36 billion, also beating estimates. Despite challenges in the institutional segment, F&G achieved record retail channel sales of $3.6 billion, up 13% from the previous year. The company's assets under management before flow reinsurance grew by 12.7% to $69.2 billion, highlighting robust asset growth and distribution expansion.

Adding to the positive momentum, Barclays raised its target price for F&G Annuities & Life from $37 to $40, signaling increased confidence in the company's prospects. Furthermore, F&G announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share, reinforcing its commitment to shareholder returns. These factors collectively contributed to investor optimism, driving the stock's significant pre-market rally.
