Many Idea Cloud (06696) announced that the group expects a net loss attributable to the company's shareholders for the 2025 fiscal year of no less than approximately RMB 270 million. This compares to a net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately RMB 186 million for the year ended December 31, 2024. The anticipated increase in the loss for the 2025 fiscal year is primarily attributed to two factors: (i) a decline in gross profit margin, mainly due to increased cost of sales; and (ii) an increase in administrative expenses, which includes research and development costs.
