Sunshine Insurance Group Company Limited released an update on its corporate governance structure, confirming the composition of its Board of Directors and the membership of seven specialised committees as of 17 June 2026.

The 11-member Board is led by Executive Director Zhang Weigong, who continues to serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Executive Directors also include Li Ke, Peng Jihai and Wang Xiaopeng.

Three Non-Executive Directors—Cai Qiwu, Qian Yiqun and Hou Huisheng—complement the Board, while oversight independence is provided by five Independent Non-Executive Directors: Jia Ning, Wu Xiaoqiu, Hong Qi, Xu Ying and Dong Bin.

To sharpen governance focus, the Board maintains seven committees: • Strategy and Investment Decision Committee – Chaired by Zhang Weigong. • Risk Management Committee – Chaired by Li Ke. • Audit Committee – Chaired by Dong Bin, with Peng Jihai, Hou Huisheng and Jia Ning as members. • Nomination and Remuneration Committee – Chaired by Wu Xiaoqiu; members include Peng Jihai and Xu Ying. • Related Party Transactions Control Committee – Chaired by Hong Qi, with Qian Yiqun and Xu Ying serving as members. • Consumer Rights Protection Committee – Chaired by Wang Xiaopeng; Peng Jihai and Jia Ning act as members. • ESG (Environment, Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance) Committee – Chaired by Xu Ying, with Hong Qi and Dong Bin as members.
