数据基础设施公司Vertiv Holdings公布第二季度业绩后，因营收低于市场预期，股价在周三盘前大幅下跌。
财报显示，公司第二季度调整后每股收益为1.52美元，高于去年同期的0.95美元，也超过华尔街预期的1.42美元。营收同比增长24%至32.7亿美元，但低于市场预期的33.8亿美元。
与此同时，Vertiv上调了全年业绩指引。公司预计，2026财年调整后每股收益为6.65至6.75美元，对应全年营收138亿至140亿美元。此前，公司预计全年每股收益为6.30至6.40美元，营收区间为135亿至140亿美元。
根据FactSet统计，华尔街目前预计Vertiv全年每股收益为6.49美元，全年营收约138.8亿美元。最新指引整体高于市场一致预期。
不过，市场更关注本季度营收未达预期。Vertiv股价周三盘前下跌13%至232.62美元。
