名创优品集团控股有限公司于2026年3月17日披露翌日披露报表，宣布在香港联交所场内回购57,400股股份，占公司现有已发行股份约0.0046%，每股回购价介乎港币33.58元至34.78元，合计支付约港币1,970,249元。同时，公司依据回购授权于2025年6月12日获股东大会通过，累计已回购11,058,236股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.89091%。
除回购股份外，公司同日还根据2020年股份激励计划向合资格雇员归属1,396,216股新发行股份，约占变动前已发行股本的0.11282%，发行价为每股0.00001美元。完成回购与发行后，公司已发行股份总数变更为1,238,960,393股，且无库藏股结余。
