碧桂园（股票代码：02007）于2026年4月9日披露截至2026年3月31日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司于本月新增发行普通股582,781,927股，已发行股份总数自上月底的42,083,216,627股增至42,665,998,554股。
公司法定股本无变化，仍为100,000,000,000股，面值每股0.1港元，注册股本总额保持10,000,000,000港元。报告期内未有购回或注销股份行为，亦无库藏股变动。公司现有的若干购股权在本月未行使，仅有1,506,227份购股权失效，但并未带来任何新增股份发行。
根据公告，新增发行部分主要来自强制性可转债转换。其中，自2025年6月30日起计78个月到期的零息强制可转债(A)在本月内转股产生约578,308,980股，自2025年6月30日起计114个月到期的零息强制可转债(B)在本月内转股产生约4,472,947股，合计与公司新增发行股份总数一致。截至3月末，公司股本结构因此有所增加。
