Kelfred Holdings Limited (KELFRED) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 30 April 2026, indicating stable capital metrics with no share issuance, repurchase or treasury-share movement during the month.

• Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million.

• Issued share capital stayed at 500.00 million ordinary shares. No new shares were issued, cancelled or held in treasury.

• The company confirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%.

• Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 22 June 2019, no options were outstanding or exercised in April; the scheme continues to allow for up to 50.00 million shares to be granted in future.
