The new company will establish, operate and manage an ophthalmology centre in Batu Pahat, Johor. Initial issued capital will be 110 Malaysian ringgit shares, rising to RM1,064,890—about 0.34 million Singapore dollars—within nine months through new share subscriptions.

After the capital increase, ISEC Sdn. Bhd. will own 71.83% of the joint venture, which will be treated as an indirect subsidiary of ISEC Healthcare.
