绿色能源科技集团有限公司（00979）8月3日公告称，公司已于2026年8月3日起，将其位于百慕达的注册办事处及主要股份过户登记处Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited搬迁至Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda。
公司同时说明，其香港股份过户登记分处仍为香港中央证券登记有限公司，地址保持为香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712-1716室，未作调整。
公告亦列明，公司董事会目前由三名执行董事卢金荣太平绅士、邵明彪及何伟雄，以及三名独立非执行董事谭镇华、文国樑和陈韦因组成。
公司称，以上地址变更自2026年8月3日起生效。
