SB Energy, a subsidiary of SoftBank, will develop a $33 billion natural gas project in Ohio. This initiative is among the first investments under Japan’s broader commitment to invest $550 billion in the United States. The investment package also includes a crude oil export terminal in Texas and a synthetic diamond processing facility in Georgia.
