智算能建（01751）8月12日公告，公司董事会已决议：自2026年8月12日起，委任周运贤先生为联席行政总裁，并将原行政总裁曹义凡先生调任为联席行政总裁。
周运贤现年43岁，拥有澳门科技大学国际关系专业（国际关系与全球治理）哲学博士学位，拥有逾12年互联网创业经验，主要专注于本集团非工程分部的建设与发展。加入公司前，周先生自2014年1月起担任澳门╱珠海横琴跨境说网路科技有限公司创始人兼董事长，自2015年12月起担任澳门粤港澳国际资讯科技有限公司创始人兼首席执行官。
任职协议显示，周运贤在试用期内可获月薪80,000港元，试用期满后月薪升至100,000港元，并可获酌情花红。双方可提前两个月书面通知终止合约。
董事会在公告中对周运贤的加盟表示欢迎。截至公告日，周运贤在本集团未担任其他职务，过去三年亦未在其他香港或海外上市公众公司担任董事职务，其与公司董事、高级管理层、主要股东或控股股东之间不存在关联关系，也未持有公司或其任何相关集团的股份、相关股份或债券的任何权益或淡仓。
公告同时披露，智算能建的执行董事包括曹义凡、周运贤、庞晓莉及苏嘉；独立非执行董事为吴浩民、章永奎及刘文刚。
