ZHONGJIA GX (00899) announced that the name of Hunan Chenxi Holdings Company Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in China, has been changed to Hunan Yongyi Holdings Company Limited (Yongyi), effective from August 28, 2025. The name of Hunan Hongjia Holdings Company Limited, an indirectly held controlled subsidiary (i.e., de facto controlled company) incorporated in China, has been changed to Hunan Yongming Holdings Company Limited (Yongming), effective from August 28, 2025 (collectively the "Name Changes of Controlled Subsidiaries"). The legal representatives of both Yongyi and Yongming have been changed to Mr. Wang Tianzi, effective from August 26, 2025 and August 25, 2025 respectively. The legal representatives of Zhenyuan County Jiuyuan Mining Company Limited (Jiuyuan), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in China, and Zhenyuan Yi-Hani-Lahu Autonomous County Jinhao Mining Company Limited (Jinhao), an indirectly held controlled subsidiary (i.e., de facto controlled company) incorporated in China, have been changed to Mr. Wang Tianzi, effective from September 10, 2025 (collectively the "Changes of Legal Representatives of Controlled Subsidiaries").
