7月16日晚，股票代码02039的中集集团（中国国际海运集装箱（集团）股份有限公司）公告称，公司第十一届董事会2026年度第10次会议审议通过《使用一般性授权回购部分H股股份方案》，拟在2026年H股回购一般性授权框架下继续实施股份回购。

根据公告，本次回购将动用不超过1.73亿港元（即172,672,971.77港元）的资金，资金来源为公司自有资金或符合法规要求的其他资金；相关资金为公司2025年H股回购实施完毕后剩余的回购资金。

回购股份的每日最高回购价格不得高于回购日前5个交易日H股平均收市价5%或以上；回购股份总数不得超过公司于2026年6月16日已发行H股总股本（不含已回购库存股）的10%。

回购股份将作为库存股持有，并需在完成回购并披露结果公告后三年内完成转让或注销；后续也可用于员工持股计划、股权激励或可转债转换。

回购期限自董事会批准之日（2026年7月16日）起，至以下三种情形中最早发生者止：一是公司2026年度股东会结束之日（除非该会议决定延续授权）；二是股东会特別决议撤销或修订该授权；三是回购金额达到上限或董事会（含授权人士）决定提前终止回购。
