Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited disclosed on 9 October 2026 that it had repurchased an additional 429,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$1.065 to HK$1.095, for a total consideration of HK$0.46 million.

The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 2.08 billion shares as of 9 October 2026. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled by the reporting date and therefore remain in the issued share total.

Since the resumption of its share-buyback programme under the mandate approved on 10 June 2026, Zhou Hei Ya has acquired 14.22 million shares on-market, equivalent to 0.67% of the 2.11 billion shares outstanding on the mandate date. The mandate permits buybacks of up to 211.29 million shares, leaving substantial capacity for further repurchases.

Aggregating all transactions disclosed between 1 June and 9 October 2026—including those executed before the current mandate came into effect—Zhou Hei Ya has bought a total of 16.22 million shares for cancellation, representing approximately 0.78% of the present issued share base.

Pursuant to the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 8 November 2026, being 30 days after the most recent repurchase.
