YANCHENG PORT (08310) announced that effective August 1, 2025: Zhou Zhengxiong has resigned as non-executive director, chairman of the board of directors, and chairman of the nomination committee; and Lu Shuai has been appointed as executive director, chairman of the board of directors, and chairman of the nomination committee.
