特步国际(01368)于2026年8月4日发布2026年7月股份变动月报表。公告显示，截至2026年7月31日，公司注册股本及已发行股份未发生变动，股本保持稳定。
公司现有注册股本为港币1,000,000,000元，普通股面值每股港币0.01元，合共100,000,000,000股。本月末已发行普通股数量维持在2,815,096,985股，库藏股份数量为0股，已发行股份总数与上月底相同。
公司指出，其已达到适用的公众持股量要求。根据披露，公司此前发行了三笔可换股债券，发行金额分别为港币5.45亿元、港币5.27亿元及港币5.00亿元，对应认购/转换价分别为港币7.7882元、港币5.1332元和港币6.25元。如全部转换，预计可分别新增普通股69,916,839股、102,632,073股及80,000,000股。上述债券本月未发生转股变动。
