Hubei Provincial Market Supervision Administration, in collaboration with the Provincial Department of Commerce and Wuhan Customs, jointly researched and issued "Several Measures on Promoting Domestic and Foreign Trade Standard Certification Integration to Drive Domestic and Foreign Trade Integration," launching 12 specific measures in four aspects to eliminate institutional opening barriers and create a service closed loop of "one test, one certification, multi-country access" in the standard certification field. Using a three-in-one service model of "departmental coordination + standard comparison + certification mutual recognition," the province clarified standard transformation paths and simplified certification procedures for key fields, providing clear guidance for enterprises. Expert teams organized training sessions, providing over 100 enterprises with dynamic interpretations of technical regulations and standards for key markets including the EU, ASEAN, and Belt and Road Initiative countries, answering 29 personalized enterprise questions on-site, collecting six major categories of common demands, establishing demand ledgers post-conference, with a common demand resolution/response rate of 86.7%. After the conference, the three departments jointly formed "Standard Certification Service Teams" that descended to key industrial belts in Wuhan, Jingzhou, Suizhou, and other areas, providing "diagnosis and prescription" for representative enterprises such as Honghu Wannong Aquatic Products. The service teams cumulatively diagnosed and resolved 34 core issues including key standard mismatches, non-standard domestic sales packaging labeling, redundant testing, and complex certification procedures, promoting seven export enterprises to successfully launch domestic sales businesses. This helped enterprises solve technical barrier challenges such as standard mismatches, cumbersome testing processes, and excessive certification requirements, assisting "Hubei Premium Products" in going international.
**Focusing on Enhancing Enterprise International Standardization Levels**
On July 29, 2025, Hubei Province held the "Standards Empowering Industrial Upgrading - Enterprise International and National Standard Integration Promotion Activity," with over 600 participants including industry experts and representatives from specialized and innovative enterprises.
