公司现时已发行股本维持在1,082,954,460股，库存股份数量为0。董事会回购授权于2025年5月9日获通过，可购回股份总数为108,375,546股。截至目前，公司在本交易所及其他交易所合计已购回700,000股。公司确认，本次股份回购已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。
