RUIFENG RENEW Energy Stock Surges Over 7% Again on Plans for Major AI Computing Hub Investment

RUIFENG RENEW Energy (00527) saw its shares rise more than 7% again. As of the time of writing, the stock was up 4.23%, trading at HK$0.74, with a turnover of HK$19.02 million.

The surge follows the company's announcement of a formal investment framework agreement with the Xuanhua Economic Development Zone Management Committee. The agreement involves a total investment of approximately RMB 24 billion to commence construction of the Xuanhua Artificial Intelligence Computing Center project in the Xuanhua District. This initiative aims to establish the largest inference computing cluster park in North China, positioning it as a core park for the Zhangjiakou national hub node within the country's integrated computing power network.

Financial data shows that in 2024, RUIFENG RENEW Energy reported revenue of RMB 336 million, with a net loss of RMB 133 million. For the first half of 2025, the company's revenue was RMB 183 million, accompanied by a net loss of RMB 35.53 million.

It is noteworthy that on January 22, RUIFENG RENEW Energy announced that the Hong Kong High Court had ordered the withdrawal of a petition and the cancellation of the petition hearing.
