The board of International Business Settlement Holdings Limited (IB Settlement Holdings) confirmed on 21 July 2026 that its latest Annual Report, a Circular dated the same day and the accompanying Proxy Form are now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.147hk.com) and the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed versions have been dispatched only to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

Shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the online documents—or who prefer physical copies—can request free printed versions by submitting the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 147-ecom@vistra.com.

The notice emphasizes that maintaining a valid email address with the registrar is each registered shareholder’s responsibility. Without a functional email on record, shareholders will receive Corporate Communications and Actionable Corporate Communications only in printed form until an email address is provided.

For enquiries, investors may contact Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). The company’s reminder applies to all future Corporate Communications unless shareholders instruct otherwise before 31 December 2026.
