中原银行股份有限公司（01216）8月14日公告称，董事会会议定于2026年8月28日（星期五）举行。届时，董事会将审议并批准该行及其附属公司截至2026年6月30日止六个月期间的中期业绩及其发布事宜。
公告显示，董事会目前由执行董事周锋、非执行董事冯若凡、李文强及张姝，以及独立非执行董事徐义国、赵紫剑、王茂斌、潘新民和高平阳组成。
中原银行特别提示，该行并非依据香港《银行业条例》获认可的持牌机构，亦不受香港金融管理局监管，且未获授权在香港经营银行及/或接受存款业务。
市场将关注董事会对2026年上半年经营表现的审议结果及后续信息披露。
