2026年3月20日，保诚（02378）发布翌日披露报表，披露于2026年3月19日回购普通股共370,801股，占已发行股本约0.01465%，每股价格介乎GBP 10.485至GBP 10.865，总涉资约GBP 3,943,195.37。此次回购完成后，公司已发行股本数目调整至2,530,729,808股。
根据公告披露，公司于2025年5月14日通过购回授权，可回购股份总数为262,668,701股。截至目前，已累计购回76,490,398股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约2.936766%。公司同时公告，该次回购后适用的暂止期截至2026年4月18日，并确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法规。
