SuneVision Holdings Ltd. (1686) Announces AGM Poll Results, All Resolutions Approved

SuneVision Holdings Ltd. (1686) held its Annual General Meeting on 31 October 2025. Shareholders approved all ordinary resolutions through a poll, including receipt of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025 and the declaration of a final dividend.

Re-election of directors was passed, covering several board members, and the board was authorized to fix the remuneration of directors. Shareholders also endorsed the re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as auditor and granted the board general mandates to issue and repurchase shares, as well as to extend the mandate for issuing new shares.

A total of 2,360,720,333 shares were eligible to attend and vote on all resolutions. No shareholders were required to abstain from voting under the Listing Rules, and no shareholders expressed an intention to vote against or to abstain from voting. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer, and all directors except one attended the meeting in person or electronically.
