网易云音乐股份有限公司（股票代码：09899）于2026年5月7日公告，当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股121,500股。
据公告披露，上述回购股份约占当日前现有已发行股本的0.0574%，回购价格介乎每股122.20港元至124.10港元，合计耗资约1,499.69万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份由2026年5月6日的211,681,466股降至211,559,966股，库藏股由6,234,650股增至6,356,150股，总股本仍为217,916,116股。
公司表示，上述回购基于2025年6月25日获得的购回授权进行，目前剩余可回购股份数量为21,739,953股。公司确认，相关交易已严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则和有关法律法规。
