Sinofortune Financial Holdings Limited announced on 23 September 2026 that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.sinofortune.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company reminded investors that it formally adopted electronic dissemination of all corporate communications on 20 September 2024. Shareholders who have not yet provided a valid email address are urged to do so to ensure timely receipt of future documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—via email.

Registered shareholders should complete and return the designated Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or submit their name, contact address and email address by emailing info@sinofortune.hk.
