齐合环保集团有限公司（00976.HK）8月17日公告，自2026年8月17日起，公司核心管理层及董事会架构将作如下调整：\n\n(i) 执行董事伏淘先生获委任为董事会主席及执行委员会主席；\n\n(ii) 执行董事姚翔先生获委任为公司行政总裁，并将就此与公司另行签订服务协议；\n\n(iii) 执行董事杨维先生获委任为战略与投资委员会主席及定价委员会主席；\n\n(iv) 执行董事周书莉女士获委任为执行委员会成员。\n\n公告披露，姚翔先生此前曾在2022年12月至2024年10月期间担任隆鑫通用动力股份有限公司董事兼副总裁，并自2026年4月30日起出任齐合环保执行董事。目前他与公司董事、高级管理人员、主要股东或控股股东之间不存在其他关系，亦未持有公司股份。\n\n周书莉女士除执行董事职务外，于2026年8月11日起获任公司人力资源及行政主管，月度酬金为50,000港元，其作为执行董事的现有服务协议继续有效。\n\n截至公告日，公司董事会成员为：执行董事储越江先生、姚翔先生、伏淘先生、杨维先生、周书莉女士；独立非执行董事伍文峯先生、吴坚女士及蔡伟康先生。
