SMIC (00981) announced that from September 15 to September 30, 2025, the company issued a total of 339,500 shares under the 2014 Stock Option Plan (adopted on June 13, 2013). On September 30, 2025, 85,400 ordinary shares were issued to non-directors of the company upon exercise of restricted share units granted under the 2014 Share-based Payment Plan (adopted on June 13, 2013). On September 30, 2025, 34,300 ordinary shares were issued to non-directors of the company upon exercise of restricted stock units granted under the 2024 Share Award Plan (adopted on June 28, 2023).
