公司于2026年8月10日召开第六届董事会第七次会议，审议并通过回购方案，拟以自有资金回购公司A股，资金总额介于1亿元至2亿元，回购价格不超过13.00元/股，实施期限为自董事会审议通过之日起不超过3个月。
公告称，迄今为止的回购活动符合《上市公司股份回购规则》及公司既定方案。公司将根据市场情况在剩余期限内继续实施回购，并按规定及时披露进展情况。
