Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Maintains 372.69 Million Outstanding Shares in June 2026; Public Float Requirement Met

For the month ended 30 June 2026, Cross-Harbour (Holdings) reported no movement in its issued share capital. Outstanding ordinary shares remained at 372.69 million, with zero treasury shares on record at both the start and close of the month.

The company confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public-float threshold of 25 per cent for its ordinary shares.

Under the share-option scheme approved on 19 May 2025, 37.27 million options were outstanding at the end of June. No options were exercised, and no new shares or treasury-share transfers occurred during the period.

No warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or issued, and there were no other share movements recorded.

The monthly return was submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 2 July 2026 by the company secretary, Man Kit Ling.
