2026年9月29日，科济药业-B（02171）公布，公司自主研发的靶向CD19/CD20通用型CAR-T细胞产品CT1190B，已在中国的I期注册临床试验中完成首例复发/难治性大B细胞淋巴瘤（R/R LBCL）患者的输注。
CT1190B基于公司THANK-u Plus®平台开发，旨在治疗经至少二线标准疗法失败的R/R LBCL患者。此前，该产品在研究者发起的临床试验（IIT）中获得的研究结果已于2026年欧洲血液学协会（EHA）年会上以壁报形式展示。
科济药业提醒投资者，根据香港联交所证券上市规则第18A.05条，公司无法保证CT1190B能最终成功开发或商业化。
公告同时重申，公司专注于创新CAR-T细胞疗法的研发与商业化，覆盖血液恶性肿瘤、实体瘤及自身免疫性疾病等领域，并具备从靶点发现到商业化生产的端到端能力。
公司董事会于2026年9月29日发布本次自愿公告，并提示股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时应审慎行事。
