板块方面，港股热门科网股整体走弱，拖累恒生科技指数表现。其中龙头股腾讯控股低开1.06%， 阿里巴巴-W 、 百度集团-SW 跌超2%。
宁德时代下跌2.17%。中国石化以每股708港元价格减持其850万股H股，募资7.685亿美元，较市价折让3.8%，同时对剩余股份实施90天锁定。折价减持在短期内对市场情绪构成压力，引发股价承压回调。
固生堂涨超6%。作为港股中医药股代表之一，在板块整体走强背景下获资金集中追捧。市场对中医药赛道的政策预期及长期需求前景偏乐观，叠加防御属性突出，推动股价早盘显著走高。
范式智能大跌7.46%。公司拟以每股40.36港元配售3880万股，净筹资约15.56亿港元，其中80%将用于异构GPU AI算力设备建设，20%用于全球业务扩张及潜在收购。尽管募资方向指向核心业务扩张，但配股摊薄及折价发行预期对短期股价形成明显压力，导致股价大幅下挫。
