中通快递-W（2026年6月1日发布公告）披露，于2026年5月29日通过纽约证券交易所购回22.58万股A类普通股，约占公司已发行股份总数769,900,693股的0.03%。本次回购每股最高价格为22.17美元，最低价格为22.06美元，支付总金额为4,995,489.49美元（折合约499.55万美元）。
公司表示，截至本次回购完成后，因所购回股份尚未注销，A类普通股总数仍为563,800,693股，库存股数量为0股。本次股份购回依据公司于2025年6月17日通过的购回授权而进行，该授权允许公司回购合计80,446,849股，至今已回购17,774,665股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份数目的2.2095%。公司并确认，本次回购已遵循香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
