Bulletin Express
Oct 24, 2025

Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited (the “Company”) published unaudited operating data for September 2025. According to the announcement, toll revenues decreased year-on-year across the Group’s three expressways: the GS Superhighway, the GZ West Superhighway, and the Coastal Expressway (Shenzhen Section).

In September 2025, the GS Superhighway recorded a monthly toll revenue of RMB232.54 million (down 5% year-on-year), while the GZ West Superhighway’s monthly toll revenue was RMB91.72 million (down 12%). The Coastal Expressway (Shenzhen Section) saw a monthly toll revenue of RMB69.05 million (down 6%). According to the announcement, changes in the surrounding road network impacted traffic volume differently across the three expressways, contributing to these toll revenue fluctuations.

The announcement cautions that the figures are extracted from unaudited internal records and may be subject to adjustments, as certain estimation procedures and settlement arrangements for integrated toll fee collection can lead to discrepancies between provisional and final statistics. These data are provided for reference purposes only, and investors are advised to review them carefully.
