The following details the key aspects of the enterprise internship recruitment process.

Understanding the Internship Program

Employment internships are structured positions offered by internship bases certified by the human resources and social security department. These bases provide suitable internship roles for eligible young individuals, with the duration of the internship ranging from 3 to 12 months. During the internship period, the base and the intern sign an internship agreement, which does not establish an employment relationship. The core purpose of this program is to offer practical training opportunities that enhance employability and support participants in securing future employment.

The specific internship timeline is mutually agreed upon between the base and the intern. Throughout the internship, the base provides a living allowance of no less than 2,000 yuan per person per month, which is deposited directly into the intern's personal bank account or social security card.

Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

Eligibility is limited to college graduates who have not secured employment within two years of graduation, or registered unemployed youth aged between 16 and 24. Each individual may participate in the internship program only once. Placement is determined on a voluntary and mutually agreed basis between the applicant and the base. Interns do not include dispatched workers.

1. College graduates refer to individuals who hold a degree from a full-time regular institution of higher education.

2. Registered unemployed youth aged 16-24 are defined as individuals within this age range at the time of commencing the internship. They must maintain their "registered unemployed" status for the entire duration of the internship period.
