The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001 each, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million. No adjustments were recorded during the month.

Although the company maintains both a Restricted Share Unit Scheme (approved August 2018) and a Restricted Share Award Scheme (approved May 2020), zero new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred under these programmes in July.

With no share issuances, buy-backs, or other equity adjustments recorded, Doumob’s capital structure remains consistent with the previous month.
