Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited resigned on 26 February 2026 due to the inability to reach a fee consensus for auditing the consolidated financial statements for the year ending 31 March 2026. According to Rongcheng’s resignation letter, there were no other matters needing attention from shareholders.
