Hebei Yichen Industrial Group Corporation Limited (YICHEN IND) has revised details of its FY 2025 final dividend, confirming the default payout currency and exchange rate.

Dividend Details • Type and nature: Final, ordinary dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025. • Amount: RMB 0.0111 per share, equivalent to HKD 0.0127 per share based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.1463. • Shareholders’ approval date: 28 May 2026.

Key Timetable • Ex-dividend date: 1 June 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 2 June 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 3 – 5 June 2026 • Record date: 5 June 2026 • Payment date: 21 July 2026

Withholding-Tax Framework • Non-resident enterprise H-shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax. • Mainland individual investors via Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax. • Individual investors who are Hong Kong/Macau residents or from treaty jurisdictions with a 10% or lower rate: 10% withholding, with refund procedures available where applicable. • Individual investors from jurisdictions with treaty rates above 10% or without treaties: withholding at the effective treaty rate or 20% if no treaty applies.

The update supersedes previous information by specifying Hong Kong dollar as the default payment currency and setting the RMB/HKD exchange rate at 1:1.1463. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited remains the share registrar for dividend processing.
