COOL LINK( Holdings )Limited（股票代码：08491）日前发布公告，计划在股东周年大会上提呈一项股份购回授权议案，允许董事在相关期间内，于市场上购回公司已发行股份总额最多10%。截至最后实际可行日期，公司已发行股份总数为398,606,168股，按此计算，拟回购股份上限约为39,860,616股。
根据公告，购回所需资金将按照开曼群岛适用法律及香港联合交易所有限公司GEM上市规则在公司可合法用于此用途的资源中拨付。公司董事会认为，适度行使回购可望优化资本结构，提升每股收益和公司整体价值，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
公告显示，公司近12个月内股价区间约在每股0.36港元至0.73港元之间。股东周年大会将于2026年6月25日上午11时在香港干诺道中200号信德中心西座3302室举行，会议上还将审议包括重选董事等多项议案。公司将于2026年6月22日至6月25日暂停办理股份过户，记录日期为6月25日。
