知行汽车科技(苏州)股份有限公司（“知行科技”，股票代码：01274）于2026年5月19日发布公告，披露在香港联交所进行股份回购。根据公告，此次公司在当日回购30万股H股，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.1177%。
公告显示，该部分股份于港交所场内以每股3.88港元至4.35港元的价格完成回购，合计耗资约1,256,912.10港元（约125.69万港元）。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍为257,442,540股，流通在外的已发行股份数由254,835,740股减少至254,535,740股，库藏股数则由2,606,800股增至2,906,800股。
公告提及，此次回购基于公司于2025年6月20日通过的购回授权，授权剩余额度为21,728,705股；截至公告披露日，公司已累计回购2,906,800股，占获授权当日已发行股份数目的1.3378%。公司同时指出，本次回购行为已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规，未违反任何适用法律与程序。
