Hung Hing Printing Announces 2026 Board Transition: INED Luk Koon Hoo to Retire; Victor Tsang Named Successor

Hung Hing Printing Group Limited has detailed a scheduled reshuffle of its independent non-executive directorship and board committee composition, effective 1 September 2026.

Key changes 1. Retirement • Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) Luk Koon Hoo will retire from the Board and step down as: – Chairman, Audit Committee – Member, Remuneration Committee – Member, Nomination Committee The company confirmed no disagreements with Mr Luk and no other matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

2. Appointment • Victor Tsang Chiu Hok, aged 64, will join as INED on 1 September 2026. • Remuneration: annual director’s fee of HK$0.26 million, subject to periodic review; no additional emoluments. • Independence confirmed under Listing Rules 3.13(1)–(8). • No current shareholding, related-party ties, or prior listed directorships in the past three years.

3. Committee Re-designation (effective 1 September 2026) • Paul Tan Chuen Yan (current INED) will assume the role of Audit Committee Chairman. • Victor Tsang will become a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Background on Victor Tsang • Four decades in creative industries, including public‐sector leadership as Commissioner for Cultural and Creative Industries (Nov 2017–Aug 2025). • Former Executive Director of PMQ (2012–2017) and Principal of Hong Kong Design Institute (1995–2012). • Early career included senior roles in two listed Hong Kong printing groups. • Holds a Bachelor of Engineering (1985) and MBA (1992) from the University of Hong Kong.
