Touyun Biotech Group Limited announced that, effective 3 August 2026, Ms. Zhou Ruijuan will join the Board as an executive director and vice chairlady, taking charge of the Group’s new materials business development.

Ms. Zhou, aged 43, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Lanzhou University and brings more than 10 years of senior management experience in technology and data services. She is currently a director of several Group subsidiaries and, since March 2025, has served as founder and chairlady of Ronghe Times (Chongqing) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., where she has led strategic planning, team building and business expansion.

Prior roles include general manager of Chongqing Hailiang Interconnection Technology Co., Ltd. (July 2020–March 2024), overseeing domestic database expansion in Southwest China, and general manager of Dayan (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (June 2014–January 2020), responsible for nationwide business development.

Under a three-year service contract commencing 3 August 2026, Ms. Zhou will receive a director’s fee of HK$0.10 million per month. The contract allows either party to terminate with one-month written notice and is subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the next annual general meeting.

The Board confirmed that Ms. Zhou has no relationships with other directors, senior management or substantial shareholders, holds no interests in the Company’s securities and has not served as a director of any other listed company in the past three years.
