上海复星医药（集团）股份有限公司近日公布一项与苏州天使基金相关的资本减少交易。此次调整中，总认购资本额将从1.76亿元人民币缩减至1亿元，降幅显著。具体而言，兴晟复盈基金将减少出资129.5455万元，宁波复盈基金削减4750万元，苏州天使母基金则降低2720.4545万元。尽管资本结构变动，所有合伙人的股权比例保持不变，包括该集团持有的62.5%股份。
