IMMUNEONCO-B repurchases 63.60 K H-shares on 9 July 2026, treasury stock rises to 1.79 million

ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. (IMMUNEONCO-B) disclosed that it bought back 63,600 H-shares on 9 July 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 3.43 to HKD 3.53, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.4838 per share, amounting to a total consideration of approximately HKD 0.22 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined to 418.69 million shares, while its treasury share balance increased to 1.79 million shares. The total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 420.48 million.

The buy-back forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises IMMUNEONCO-B to repurchase up to 43.15 million shares. To date, 1.79 million shares have been repurchased under this mandate, representing 0.41 % of the issued share capital on the mandate’s approval date.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 9 August 2026.
