FSE Lifestyle Services Limited (stock code: 331) published its 2024–2025 annual report, highlighting consolidated revenue of HK$8,159.9 million, a slight decrease of 3.4% year-on-year. Profit attributable to shareholders stood at HK$453.2 million, down 9.6% from HK$501.1 million the previous year. A final dividend of HK18.5 cents per ordinary share was proposed, bringing total dividend distribution for the year to HK39.6 cents per share and maintaining a dividend payout ratio around 40%.
During the reporting period, FSE Lifestyle Services focused on its three main segments: property & facility management services, city essential services, and E&M services. Property & facility management services contributed 8.6% of revenue, city essential services accounted for 59.9%, and E&M services made up the remaining 31.5%. The group secured contracts worth HK$7.9 billion as of the end of June 2025, with an outstanding contract sum of over HK$14.5 billion. The company noted that its robust financial position and diversified business model would support continued long-term development and stable shareholder returns.
